The Dollar has fallen over 50% in value since 2000. Since all Super 16mm and 35mm camera equipment available for sale is manufactured in Europe, prices will be going up 25%-50% once the existing supply of used cameras in the U.S. is sold. The reason for this is that most of the used cameras that you have seen for sale in the U.S. last 4 years at very resonable prices were imported from Europe when the US Dollar's value was 50% higher. Used cameras in the U.S. are now looking very attractive to European buyers. If you are thinking of buying a motion picture camera, do not delay! |

Well maintained, lightly used Arriflex 16SR I or II cameras. We are only interested in cameras that have not been converted to Super 16. Must be serial No. 60220 or higher. Seller must have camera's service history and proof of ownership. Higher prices paid for German motor SRI (60901+), SRII (63001+) and Highspeed cameras. Also interested in spare magazines. We also purchase damaged or insurance claim cameras for parts.

All 16SR's we sell are fully rebuilt, including a full film transport overhaul, replacement of any worn parts or ARRI reccomended replacement parts, new bearings, seals and gaskets. These cameras are also repainted and available in SR3 gray or SR2 black. We reccomend removal of the built-in light meter to provide a 20% brighter viewfinder image and no distraction from the moving needle in the viewfinder. |
